Animal Rescue, Inc., a United States
501(c)3, was founded in 2003 by 3
people from the San Francisco area,
following an eye-opening hiking tour in the
country of Romania. RAR's mission is to
establish animal welfare in the country of
Romania. We currently have set up a
spay/neuter program, free to the public, for
any dog or cat in Romania and have supplied
major funding for the building and upkeep of
an animal shelter.
