My Favorite Martian is a fantasy
situation comedy along the lines of "I Dream of Jeannie" and
"Bewitched". Ridiculously funny situations happen as Tim
O'Hara takes in a Martian as his Uncle Martin. Uncle Martin's
unique abilities are powerful - he can generate force fields, dream in two dimensions, project images from the mind's eye and use "digital levitation"- but he can't keep from getting Tim into all kinds of trouble.
Bill Bixby displays his comedic genius as Tim and Ray Walston is a
complete hoot as the loveable Uncle Martin. |
